Shipping & Returns Information
Shipping:
(a) Unless requested otherwise all physical orders will be shipped via Standard Pacel Post or The Company courier. Typically this takes between 3 - 5 days to arrive with you from the date we despatch your order.
(b) All orders will only be despatched on reciept of cleared funds.
(c) An extra charge will be levied to cover delivery and insurance costs. A charge may be made to cover any extra costs involved for delivery to a different address.
(d) Should expedited delivery be agreed, an extra may be charged to cover any overtime or any other additional costs involved.
(e) Virtual goods will be available for download in your account
on reciept of cleared funds.
Returns:
(a) Goods can only be returned once you have a valid R.M.A. number issued by ourselves.
(b) To apply for your R.M.A. Number please send an email to rma at mutualadvantage .co.uk - Please include your order number, your name, a contact telephone number and a detailed explanation of why you want to return you goods.
(c) We will investigate your issue and where your request complies with our terms and conditions, or, at our discretion (if your particular issue falls outside of those terms) we will issue an RMA number to you.
(d) The RMA number will be valid for five working days during which time you must send back the goods (including the original packaging material) in new packaging. This will be at your own expense.
(e) On reciept of your returned order our investigations will continue. If we find your issue is upheld we will notify you in writing and where applicable a refund will be credited to your account or replacements will be shipped to you. This will be at our discretion.
Refunds:
(a) Unless otherwise stated we offer a 28 day period in which you may request a refund.
(b) Refunds will only be paid in the manner in which you paid us. We can only return card payments back to the original card used.
(c) All refunds are made at our sole discression.
